Dr. Madhuchhanda Pal Joined MBBS at Lady Hardinge Medical College New Delhi in 1977. She did her Junior Residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics from Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi in 1982, Junior Residency in Pediatrics from Kalawati Saran Hospital, New Delhi and Paediatric Surgery LHMC and Hospital New Delhi till 1984. Later she Joined Dept. of Reproductive Biomedicine at National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, Munirika as Medical Officer till mid-1997, 1991 to 1994 completed her MD CHA from Delhi University. Since 1997 till Aug 2022 worked as Director Shishu Sadan Multispeciality Children Hospital, Janakpuri New Delhi & presently she is a Director of Shishu Sadan Clildren's Clinic and its subsidiaries Astitva & Aangan.
